Founded in 2004, Vega has been a longtime leader in the plant-based protein space. Fast forward to 2022. With a crowded plant-based nutrition isle, a tired brand and e-commerce site, and a new ownership team, it was time for the Vega brand and their Shopify Plus website to rise again to the top.

BRANDED PDP EXPERIENCE

Armed with a compelling new Vega brand identity, we leveraged new brand assets, off-grid designed components and bold type treatment to ensure the PDPs were packed with UX e-commerce best practises and dialled in the new Vega brand.

PUSHING THE BRAND DIGITALLY

We translated the new brand guidelines into a robust component-based design system full of life and energy so that Vega could tell a multitude of powerful brand and product stories. To drive average order value (AOV), we created a bespoke spend-based free gifts modal for the cart page. It included a threshold thermometer and gift selector to clearly guide users through their free gift journey.
